The first step to
buying a new home…

You may think the first step to buying a home involves achieving a perfect credit score of 850, and amassing a 20% downpayment. Indeed, this path would secure you the lowest interest rates available, but this certainly ins’t the only path to homeownership.

In this current market, it’s possible to enter the world of homeownership with little to no down payment – seriously, zero. And you’re likely to qualify for a mortgage with a credit score as modest as 600.

Now, that’s not my primary recommendation. It’s crucial to evaluate whether taking a bold step with limited funds aligns with your life goals. For some, this approach is the key to breaking into the housing market.

After spending 36 years in Northern California, there’s one thing I know to be true: It doesn’t get cheaper around here. Real estate remains a sound investment over the long term.

So let’s have a conversation. You do not have to do this alone. I collaborate with exceptional lenders who work magic, and when it comes to your personal finances, we don’t judge around here. Let me help you get this process started.
